Sport offers corporate teams wonderful insights regarding leadership and organizational development. From the pressure-packed immediacy of winning and losing multi-million dollar opportunities on a weekly basis to choreographing high-performing groups of talented individuals into one cohesive unit, sport serves as a unique laboratory and proving ground for organizational and leadership development theory and practice. In taking a closer look at how sport and business align, Joe Frontiera and Dan Leidl will discuss their work with Meno Consulting (www.menoconsulting.com) and how they’ve come to blur the lines between sport and business. In focusing on the broader goal of performance, Joe and Dan will discuss how collaborative teams, self-awareness, and individual leadership development can serve as a foundation for corporate success.
