Does the tough economy have you thinking that it's time to re-evaluate your career strategy?
Perhaps you were recently laido ff and are actively pursuing a new job. Or you're in a good job, but feel like you need to star exploring other career options. Or you're a recent grad who's looking for that first job.
IABC/Pittsburgh invites communicators to stop by and chat one-on-one with seasoned professionals about your career--now and in the future.
Senior communicators from corporations, non-profits, agencies, and independent consultantancies--including Alcoa, PNC Financial Services, Duquesne, and more--will be on hand to discuss career options, review resumes and guide you on the way to that next perfect job.
This informal happy hour is FREE for IABC/Pittsburgh members, current students, and recent graduates. There is a $10 free for non-members. Enjoy free appetizers on us. Cash bar.

This year's theme is "Spreading The Word – Networking & Communication". New this year will be not only the location, but we are also inviting members of other organizations such as PAPEN, SEEKERS, and the students of Duquesne University.

- Stress Relief by Laurel Patterson
- Smart Reader Seminar by Roosevelt Dalton of the Pittsburgh Business Times
- Self Employment - A Viable Alternative by Marty Stahl of Working Order
- Two more speakers are tenetively scheduled to attend, but their response has been delayed due to the weather.
